How Much Does It Cost to Live at Indigo West in 2026?

The figures below reflect homes listed as of September 29, 2026. Availability changes weekly, so confirm current pricing with the leasing office.

One-bedroom apartments: $1,423 to $1,583 per month, 784 to 790 sq ft, across four floor plans

Two-bedroom apartments: $1,588 to $1,823 per month, 967 to 1,227 sq ft, across six floor plans

Three-bedroom apartments: $1,908 to $2,163 per month, 1,328 sq ft, across two floor plans

Required recurring fees: None. The published recurring fee schedule, checked 2026-09-10, lists no additional recurring charges. Utilities are billed by usage, and deposits and one-time charges are quoted separately by the leasing office.

There is more choice here than anywhere else in the portfolio

Indigo West currently lists 43 available homes across 14 floor plans. That is the deepest inventory of any AIR community on this site, and it changes how you should approach a tour.

At most communities you are choosing between whatever two or three homes happen to be open. Here you can genuinely compare — six different two-bedroom layouts alone, spanning 967 to 1,227 sq ft, which is a 260 sq ft range for about $235 a month.

Practical takeaway: ask for the full availability list rather than being shown one home per bedroom count. The two-bedroom tier in particular rewards comparing plans, because the square footage moves much more than the price does.

Four-Bedroom Layouts Exist Here, Which Is Genuinely Rare

The floor plan list includes Design 4A and Design 4A Premier — four-bedroom apartment layouts. Almost no conventional apartment community offers four bedrooms; households that size are normally pushed into single-family rentals.

One important caveat: no four-bedroom homes appear in current availability as of September 29, 2026. The plans exist in the community's published list, but that is not the same as being able to move into one this month.

If a four-bedroom is what you need, contact the leasing office directly and ask when one is next expected rather than waiting for a listing to appear. Given how few exist, they are unlikely to sit on the market.

What the Premier Tiers Mean Here

Seven of the fourteen plans carry a Premier label — Design 1A Premier, 1B Premier, 2A10 Premier, 2A20 Premier, 2B20 Premier, 3A Premier and 4A Premier.

As at other AIR communities, Premier reflects interior finish and renovation level rather than extra square footage. Design 3A and Design 3A Premier are both 1,328 sq ft.

That means the three-bedroom range of $1,908 to $2,163 is largely a finish-level decision, not a space decision. Worth asking to see both before you choose, since roughly $255 a month is the gap.

What Makes Indigo West Different?

The lake is the site plan, not a feature. The community is built around a centerpiece lake with fountains, and the buildings and amenities are arranged to face it. Grilling areas sit on the lake itself.

Two swimming pools. Not one pool serving the whole community — two, which matters on an Orlando Saturday.

An outdoor fitness area as well as a 24-hour gym. Training outdoors most of the year is realistic in Central Florida, and having a dedicated outdoor space for it is unusual.

Four grocery stores within six minutes. Bravo Markets MetroWest and ALDI at about 2 minutes, Walmart Supercenter at 4 and Publix at 6. That density is rare and it removes a daily friction most renters underestimate.

Travel times come from the community's location guide and OpenStreetMap routing under typical conditions.

Two are worth drawing out. Valencia College West Campus at about 4 minutes makes this one of the closest apartment communities to a campus that serves tens of thousands of students and staff. And Universal Orlando at about 10 minutes puts a major employer within a short commute without placing you inside the tourist corridor itself — MetroWest is a residential district, not an attractions strip.

The Themes That Come Up Most in Resident Reviews

The community reports themes drawn from more than 200 resident reviews.

The location is the reason people stay. Residents consistently praise the location and surrounding area, and long-term residents specifically name it as why they renew. That last part matters — retention is a better signal than a first impression.

Professional, thorough maintenance. The maintenance team is praised for professionalism, efficiency and thorough work, with most work orders completed within one to two days.

Friendly, helpful leasing staff.

These are themes the community publishes from its own review set rather than a rating we have independently audited. Read the underlying reviews yourself before deciding.

Who Is Indigo West Best For?

Valencia College students and staff. About 4 minutes to the West Campus.

Universal Orlando employees. About 10 minutes, without living in the attractions corridor.

Larger households. Three-bedrooms at 1,328 sq ft are available now, and four-bedroom plans exist — ask the leasing office about timing.

Renters who want to compare properly. With 43 homes across 14 plans, you can actually choose rather than take what is open.

People who cook. Four grocery stores within six minutes, including two within two.

Renters comparing total monthly cost. With no additional recurring fees on the published schedule, the advertised rent is the required monthly number.

Indigo West may be a weaker fit for renters who need to be downtown daily, anyone wanting a walkable neighbourhood — MetroWest is car-dependent — and households that need a four-bedroom immediately, since none are currently available.
